As a complement to BBTP's Interim Manager Pulse report, Ferovalo has conducted a survey about the use of interim talent in Finland. The survey was taken by a small collection of HR Managers and company decision-makers in Finland — some who have worked with many interim managers before and some who have not yet tapped into interim talent.
The survey results highlight that satisfaction is high among those who have utilised interim talent before. But those who haven't used interims don't know what kind of solutions are possible and don't know where to find suitable interim managers for their pressing challenges.
