# The results of Interim Manager Pulse 2024

The Interim Manager Pulse survey is designed to measure the status of interim management in Europe. At the end of 2024, [Best Best Talent Platform](https://www.bestbesttalentplatform.com/) conducted its annual survey, and 75 interim managers responded. As a proud partner of BBTP, we were happy to share the results.

This year's Interim Manager Pulse report digs into the background of interim managers, their current or latest assignments, and the ingredients of successful interim assignments. The report provides valuable insights for interim executives, as well as company leaders who work with interim managers.
