Our story began in 2016 when Elina Liehu acquired the interim management services of Taplow Finland Oy and founded Ferovalo Oy.
Since then, Ferovalo has been a trusted partner for the best companies and talents in the Nordics— known for our transparent process and human touch.
2022 was another big year for Ferovalo. After growing a large base of talent and identifying a need among companies, we designed and launched the Best Best Talent Platform Oy. Since November 2022, Ferovalo operates as an auxiliary organization and a partner for Best Best Talent Platform Oy.

What We Do
As a partner for the Best Best Talent Platform, Ferovalo acts as a mediator between companies in need of change and the talent that can make it happen.
We manage the entire process of finding your best talent, making a hassle-free experience for all parties involved.
Finding the right fit is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3.
How We Do It
Companies come to us with their talent needs. We help them develop their assignment info and upload all relevant information to the platform. Once the assignment is open on BBTP, qualified candidates may begin to apply.
When the application period closes, Ferovalo presents the company with the best of the best candidates. Ferovalo screens all applicants by contacting their references before presenting them to the company.
After reviewing the candidate’s applications, the company chooses the top talent for an interview. Based on the interview, the company may then make a selection.
All Ferovalo’s work up to this point is provided free of cost and the company is not obliged to hire any of the presented candidates. A contract is only made if and when the company chooses a candidate presented by Ferovalo.

Our process comes without hidden fees or agendas. Ferovalo only gets paid if you choose one of our candidates and we always charge the same amount: 15% of the candidate’s monthly salary.

As an auxiliary organization of Best Best Talent Oy, Ferovalo fulfills all the requirements of the Contractor’s Obligations Act. The act requires the following:
Documentation and information required by Section 5 of the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out (1233/2006) including without limitation:
(i) an account of whether the enterprise is entered in the Prepayment Register in compliance with the Act on Prepayment of Tax (1118/1996) and the Employer Register, and is registered as VAT-liable in the Value Added Tax Register in compliance with the Value Added Tax Act (1501/1993);
(ii) an extract from the Trade Register;
(iii) a certificate of tax payment or of tax debt, or an account that a payment plan has been made regarding a tax debt;
(iv) certificates of pension insurances taken out and of pension insurance premiums paid, or an account that a payment agreement on outstanding pension insurance premiums has been made; and
(v) an account of the collective agreement or the principal terms of employment applicable to the work.
