## The GrowthCode project

In the GrowthCode project, the implementation of growth does not remain solely as a plan or dependent on the company's internal resources. 

Törnberg Partners is responsible for identifying and analyzing obstacles to growth and building a clear, prioritized roadmap. [Ferovalo](https://www.ferovalo.com/) comes in during the practical implementation of growth. Through Ferovalo, the company can access interim experts and board members exactly where they are needed to enable growth.

This makes it possible, for example, to:

- strengthen financial steering during the growth phase
- develop and scale operations
- bring in CEO-level leadership to drive growth
- strengthen board work and strategic governance

As a result, through the GrowthCode project, the company gains both a clear roadmap and the resources needed to execute its growth.
