Ferovalo believes that one of the key factors to a company’s success is a competent board. Our mission is to make companies succeed. This is why we have launched our service. We help owners find the best possible candidates for their boards from a broad field of competent candidates.
How does it work?
Once Ferovalo takes an assignment it will announce the need for board positions to its members. Members receive an email and further information on the Ferovalo system. The applicants can choose whether they release their name or stay anonymous. If they wish to remain anonymous, the candidate’s CVs created by Ferovalo’s CV Tool are presented anonymously to the client.
Interested members apply through the system.
Ferovalo checks applicants references prior presenting candidates to the company representatives.
Ferovalo presents all interested candidates to the company in face-to-face meeting or in Skype. If face-to-face meeting is outside Helsinki region travel expenses are added to the cost.
The company representatives select candidates for first interview and schedule those meetings. Meetings will be either face-to-face, phone or via Skype.
Ferovalo books meeting with selected candidates and the company representatives and sends to candidates possible additional information about the company. Also meeting time for feedback with Ferovalo after interviews is booked.
Clients will be invoiced after they have selected candidates to interview. However, if no candidates are selected there will be no invoice.
If the client needs support on definition and selection process, Ferovalo’s Board Team is ready to assist. The Board Team can help the client in different stages of the process.
The price of the service starts at 1800 € + VAT.
